Cut the onions into thin rings and semirings.

Vegetables can be slightly salted and sprinkled with seasoning for fish. Lay pike pieces freely on the top.

Slice butter into small pieces and put some on top of the fish. This is your first layer.

Leave the cooked pike in the microwave for 5 minutes, then take it out and serve.

How to Bake Pike Fillet in the Microwave?
This recipe is good even for those guys who do not like cooking in the microwave.

For this dish you would need:
- Pike – 1.2-1.7 kg
- Onion – 2 pcs
- Sour cream – 250 g
- Butter – 30 g
Clean out and wash the pike. Cut off and freeze the head, tail, and fins. You can use them later for a fish soup.
Separate the fillet with a sharp knife.
Wash onions, cut them and put into the microwavable dish with a lid.
Add half the sour cream and all the butter to the onion. Stir the mixture, salt, and pepper it.
Cover the lid and microwave for 4 minutes at 600 Watt.
Cut the pike fillets into portions. Again, add salt and pepper.
Remove the prepared onion from the baking container.
Place the pike fillets in a baking form, grease with the remnants of sour cream.
Top the fillets evenly with the rest of the onions.
Microwave the dish for 7 minutes at 800 Watt or 9 minutes at 600 Watt.
