The method is really easy and won’t take much time. You just need to follow a few steps to get your carrots microwaved with the peel:

  • Wash the vegetables thoroughly
  • Make several cuts on each carrot
  • If you are extremely short of time, cut the carrots into 2-3 pieces
  • Place the vegetables in a plastic bag appropriate for microwaving and make several holes with a knife
  • Place in the microwave oven for 10 minutes at 800 Watt
  • Don’t rush to open the bag after microwaving, letting the carrots get to readiness when the microwave oven stopped cooking

It is totally OK if you don’t have a plastic bag. You can easily do without it.
